  6. The best way for getting a six pack is sit-ups, push-ups, and running. Also lay off the junk food a little. Don’t go to crazy also. For example, don’t go on a crash diet, or do like 1000 push up and sit ups a day. Do about 100-300. I personally do 500, that’s because I’m use to it. Start off slow and then slowly push yourself. You’ll have a six pack in no time.
